Making Bolognese pasta is very easy at home especially and is guaranty to make everyone happy
1 lb. Ground beef
2 large Carrots (mince)
2 large Celery sticks (mince)
1/2 half yellow onion (mince)
2 tbsp Tomato paste
10 oz Crushed tomato (can)
8 oz tomato sauce
16 oz Chicken stock
1 bunch Fresh Thyme
2 tbsp Chicken bouillon
1 pinch Salt
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
8 oz Pasta of your choice

I'm sure this is very tasty, but it's got a lot of boo-boos. 1. Bolognese requires more than just ground beef. It requires ground pork and the very authentic one also requires ground pancetta. 2. Never add garlic to a meat sauce. 3. Instead of butter, you are supposed to add milk – at the very end. 4. I suppose the chicken stock is okay, but in Italy we just add water. We let it cook for a minimum – minimum – of 3 hrs on very, very low heat. And I agree with another commenter – no wine???
