  2. Will definitely try this! I'm about to make your white bread recipe in my bread machine. If I do the dough cycle and bake in the oven, I was wondering: Since your oven temperature is for your dark cast iron pan, should I increase the temperature by 25 degrees for my light-colored USA pan? I heard that dark pans should be reduced to prevent burning, so I guess it would be the reverse if the recipe uses a dark pan.

  3. My first time! Just wanted to say on my KSB machine the options were raw dough (which I thought was right) or leaven dough which would’ve been correct, I caught it about 15 minutes in while re-reading the recipe it said it would take it 1.5 hrs and I knew the setting I chose said 24 min or so and so I just unplugged the machine and started with the correct setting (mine said 1.24 hr) so we’ll see!
    Y’all may all have gotten that right the first time but it may help somebody 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks looks yummy!😋 you're so good at explaining every step to a tee on what to use to substitute with or the exact amount to use like one packet of yeast or better yet just use what you have on hand is nice without having to go out and buy something extra you don't have on hand like self rising flour you take the guess work out of making bread 🍞 it doesn't have to be so complicated what appreciate about your recipes😊 will definitely be trying this one for sure in my new cast iron loaf pan I just recently purchased.

  9. I've looked at ALL videos of folks that use their bread machines. YOU are the only one I keep going back to. I made bread years ago, so this is my second time 'trying' to get back into it. Can you tell me why sometimes yeast bread will fall ? This is such a disappointment to look in the machine and its fallen! You are just great. Thanks a lot for all the recipes!!
