Easy Carbonara Pasta with Bacon | 5 ingredients | 10 min



We are making Carbonara with thick sliced bacon. It is super easy to make at home and takes just 10 mins.

Ingredients for 2 serving size:
2 strips of thick sliced bacon
8oz of dry spaghetti
1tsp of black pepper
2 large eggs
4tbsp of grated parmesan
salt to season
Parsley to decorate

  1. Absolutely making this again! I LOVE how simple and soothing his voice is. He also is very transparent when it comes to not having/finding a certain ingredient and how to compromise. I am making this tonight with two gorgeous bone-in pork chops. The fat from frying pork chops is a great substitute for bacon. This made a hearty meal. Keep up your videos. 💯💯💯

  2. Nella carbonara l’uovo non va messo interamente, tanto meno il prezzemolo!!! Non mi sforzo nemmeno di scrivertelo in inglese! La cucina italiana è una cosa seria, la dovete smettere di postare ricette su piatti che non vi appartengono, perché alimentate una cultura sbagliata…siete delle capre!!

  3. I made this tonight and was delicious. I added sautéed Brussels, sautéed onion and garlic, diced bacon. Then cooked a sirloin steak sliced thin. Served along side the pasta. I add fresh lemon zest and a 2 tsp of lemon juice. Also a dash of chili flakes to the sauce. Extra pepper and parm at the end. So not gross and eggy. Just perfect 🤩 thank you for this recipe.
