CHEESEBURGER WONTON CUPS

Ingredients:12 wonton wrappers½ lb ground beef (seasoned with salt + pepper)¼ cup diced onion (optional, cook with beef)½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 pickle slicesketchup & mustard6 slices American cheese, torn into small squarescooking spray

Instructions:Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease. Stir in shredded cheddar while the beef is still warm until combined and melty. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin slot (use a shot glass to press into slot evenly), spoon about 1 tbs of the cheesy beef mixture into each cup, then top with 1-2 small squares of American cheese. Lightly spray the exposed edges of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cups are golden and the cheese is melted. Let cool slightly, then top each with a tiny squiggle of ketchup and mustard + 1 pickle slice. Enjoy! 😋
