Thanks Wendy for this delicious / yummy recipe. In fact this was my very first attempt of chicken curry and it came up well. All my family members are giving a thumbs up to you.
I have three clarifications to make;
1. The water to be added was mentioned as 1.5 cups. Is the measurement of 1 cup, of 250ml. While I was watching, could see very less water and this is what put me in a slight confusion.
2. If the chicken is of 1000gms, what is the change that I have to look at in the recipe.
3. Is it Lime or Lemon juice ?
