Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup from scratch with fresh herbs 🌿 from the garden 😋 that I was able to save before the freeze is boiling away on the stove. It's a Freezing 23 degrees outside today and there's a little bit of snow on the ground so this soup will warm us all up!!! Cooked the noodles just to al dente, and they were perfectly cooked, yummm.

I added 1 jalapeno, 4 diced tomatos added when I added the noodles(I like the tomatoes to still be firm), and next time I'll add the fresh herbs at the end. Lemon thyme, and rosemary added from my garden herbs 🌿 😋

Instead of 8 cups of chicken broth, I did 4 c. chicken broth and 4 c. bone broth.
I didn't have egg noodles so I used garden rotini noodles.

One quick question: I have several matte white Le Creuset pots and have never seen the black marks on mine, that you got on the sides of your pot, and I alsohave a gas stove. Any idea what caused that to happen, and were you easily able to remove it when you were done?
I like shredded chicken. I have a weird thing where I don’t eat the chicken in the soup if it’s cubed. I don’t get it.
