Ingredients:
– 500 grams Cubed Chicken Breast
– 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
– 1/2 Tsp Salt
– 2 Tsp Cumin Powder
– 4-5 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (You can find the canned tins in the Mexican aisle in grocery stores. Also reduce the amount to your level of spice tolerance)
– 1 Tsp of Chilli Powder (You can reduce the qty or substitute paprika powder if you don’t like a lot of spice)
– 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
– Juice of half a lime
