Can't use my beater attachment…it won't go on! I've tried everything and no help from them, told to buy another beater!
mrmixer website has a rubber washer that goes on that screw and helps keep it in place and prevents wiggle in the tilt head. they also have a replacement spring for the beater shaft, it keeps the blade from wiggling, the old kitchen aids used to come with a spring but newer ones dont
