#ad Chocolate brownie truffles are rich, fudgy bites of brownie bliss coated in smooth chocolate for an irresistibly decadent treat. The best part, they are crazy easy to make. I used @krusteaz Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix. You would never know they are gluten free! This is a perfect treat for the holidays. They are bite sized and can be made in advance for gatherings.
Ingredients – Makes 24
1 pkg Krusteaz Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie
Mix
1 egg
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick baking spray. In a mixing bowl add the brownie mix, egg, water, oil and mix well. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Remove, allow to cool completely and then with a fork break up the brownies until crumbs. Using an ice cream scoop (I like a 1 tbsp) scoop your brownies and roll them tightly. Place a parchment paper lined baking tray. Once done, melt your semi sweet chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Add the truffle in one at a time, covering completely. Place back on the baking tray and sprinkle a few sprinkles on top. Repeat until done. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Enjoy!
