  1. Thank you, John, for the great recipe and insipiration! My girls love the pudding and we cook it together! Always cook a double portion. One does not live long enough in the fridge. For extra chocolate pudding, I also add 25 g per portion of chopped dark (70%) Lindt chocolate at the end after butter – works perfect without espresso. Cheers!

  2. Hmmm. I'm thinking I can do a keto version with allulose instead of sugar, and xanthan gum instead of corn starch, and almond milk with some heavy cream as sub for the regular milk.
Probably won't be exact or as nice as this but I might give that a go

  3. I tried this recipe for the first time today. I happened to have soy milk on hand, so I decided to try it with soy milk instead of regular milk. Other than that I followed your instructions to the letter. It came out beautifully and delicious. I also am one who likes the skin when it forms. I have always preferred pudding to mousse. I like it thick and rich rather than light and fluffy. Very quick and easy to make and very easy cleanup. I've tried several of your recipes and they always come out perfect, just the way I like them.

  4. Wonderful recipe. I like the recipe, visuals, and prep. Your kitchen is fabulous, and you are fun to watch.

Very nice recipe, but the background music is hurting my ears and makes it stressful to watch.
Too much talking. Even though you have a nice voice and we do need to hear instructions, there is an excess of voice. This hurts the ears. Try being the viewer. You will understand. Speak minimally, not profusely.
Don't create more pollution with plastic wrap and don't waste pudding. This is so unnecessary. Skin tastes good.
Get a granite countertop. Marble looks beautiful but absorbs stains, cracks, and is too fragile a work surface for a kitchen. Maybe a silicone mat as a compromise?
Please wait till the end to paste large links on video that is covering up the grand finale. Why do people do this? It is such a let down.
