200 g Chicken Breast
Marinade with:
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
250 g Mushrooms
1 Shalotte or 1/2 White Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
50 ml Chicken Stock
125 ml Heavy Cream or fat reduced Cream (15% fat) to lower total calories
Parsley to taste.
