Fish of Choice
2 Cups Corn Meal
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 TBSP Creole Seasoning
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Save and store unused Fish Fry Seasoning for future fish fry
Cooking Directions
Coat fish with a dash of lemon pepper seasoning before coating the fish with fish fry mix. Coat fish in fish fry mix and place in hot oil. Allow to cook until golden, remove and place on a cooling rack to prevent fish from becoming soggy. Best served hot!!
