This pastry or sausage rolls are flavorful and easy to make. They are made with wood smoked Bacon and well flavoured ground beef or mince meat as some call it. The sausage rolls cook up crispy and has a meaty, smoky, creamy and savory flavor. Enjoy!

Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes


200g puff pastry dough

2 slices sandwich bread
1/4 cup fresh milk
250-300g mince meat/ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 large onion
1-2 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
Black pepper to taste
