That looks so good! I love French toast. I always dry my bread out in the refrigerator over night. I made myself a little rack so I can stand the bread up on its end.

I love French Toast! I use sourdough bread and cut them into sticks. I use 3 eggs, heavy whipping cream, sugar, cinammon, and brown sugar, then I dip the toast sticks into the bowl. Then, I grill them with butter, plate them, then top it off with honey.

If you want to be adventurous add some bourbon to the custard. You can also mix fresh bourbon into maple syrup for "adults only" french toast.

Je suis française, généralement on fait avec le reste de pain on achète pas de brioche justement c’est pour pas faire gâcher la nourriture on réutilise qu’on n’a pas manger et en mets pas autant de beurre que dans la poêle seulement les faire cuire 😊
