That seems like an almost sickening amount of egg, leading to an overly rich pasta. Two forkfuls and I’d be done dinner.

My mom always made noodles rolling them out with a rolling pin and cutting them in to strips. You take one egg crack it put it in a bowl fill both sides of the eggshell with water, add water whisk it up. Then add enough flour to make a dough roll it out cut it. Done! Throw in boiling water to cook or hang to dry!
