  1. Josh you have to try Brazilian garlic bread it's made with mayo garlic and oregano very simple and it's a must in every barbecue here in brasil (I still find it very weird seeing you guys using butter in the garlic bread but it looks as good as the one we have in here

  2. I think you missed the point on what constitutes as "easy". Here is my easy garlic bread: put piece of white bread in toaster. Toast. Spread butter. Sprinkle garlic powder. Sprinkle pepper. Microwave 15 seconds. That's it. Easy.

  3. When a dish has so few ingredients the quality of ingredients matter when more.

    To make a good garlic bread start with good bread, real butter and fresh garlic. Then add some real Parmesan.

    Now imagine using a store bought bread, with margarine and garlic powder. The difference is huge even if you prepare it 100% the same
