RECIPE:
Carrots
2 eggplants
3 chayote’s
1 cabbage
1 jalapenos poked with cloves
1 Roma tomato
Parsley tied with thyme
2 1/2 Tablespoon of epis ( Haitian spice )
1 packet of sazon
1 Maggie cube
Tomato paste
Blue crabs with shrimp
Sour orange juice or lime juice
Beef
2 pack of frozen chopped spinach
Oil
salt and pepper to taste

  2. Thank you so much! I have been craving this nonstop. I am expecting and this baby will not stop asking for it. Where I live there is not a lot of access to Haitian cuisine, however I live in an area where all the ingredients are easy to find. Praying that my body gets enough energy for me can give it a try this week.

  3. Question, can you just cook the vegetables separately from the pot then throw it in later? Also, I don't like eggplant and I've never had chayotes. Are there other vegetables related that I can use with the cabbage instead?
