    🥖 Ingredients:
    280 ml warm milk

    2 tbsp sugar

    3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp flax seeds (optional)

    2 tsp active dry yeast

    210 g all-purpose flour (maida)

    210 g whole wheat flour (atta)

    👩‍🍳 Instructions:
    In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, oil, salt, and flax seeds.

    Add active dry yeast, stir well, and cover for 10 minutes until the yeast activates.

    In a separate bowl, combine maida and atta.

    Add dry ingredients to the yeast mixture and mix well.

    Lightly knead the dough using a bit of water on your hands.

    Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes to rise.

    After rising, gently knead again, shape into a round, and let it rest for 1 hour.

    Dust a flat surface with flour, transfer the dough, and flatten it slightly by hand.

    Fold the dough in 3 parts to give it a log shape.

    Grease a bread mold with oil or butter, line it with parchment paper, and place the dough inside.

    Apply a thin layer of butter on top for a golden shine. Add seeds if desired.

    Let the dough rise until it slightly peeks over the mold.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

    Bake the bread at 180°C for 40 minutes.

    Once baked, cool completely for about 1 hour before slicing.

    Why make a maida bread when it's so harmful.
    Health comes first.
    Indian whole wheat roti is far better.
    Stop propogating bread
