  1. Since discovering this recipe a month or so ago. I have made it twice and today I am now making them for a third time. I stock up when ribs go on sale at my local store (often thankfully) as rib lovers This has been a game changer in my house! Thank you!

  2. I’ve never been interested in cooking any sort of ribs – the whole 10 hour smoking/grilling seemed to be a lot of effort for the end result – as nice as they are. But this was one of the first recipes I did when I got an Instant Pot and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The final ribs are indistinguishable from anything you will find in a barbecue truck/stand – and I live in Texas. Have made multiple times since.

  3. My instant pot is really new so I'm still getting used to cooking with it. I did this recipe yesterday and it was AMAZING! Quick question: If I wanted to prepare three times the amount of ribs, should I triple the amount of the ingredients of the "broth" (apple juice, bbq sauce and apple cider vinegar)?
I'm asking cause idk if that's how you work with the instant pot and maybe the same amount of broth is enough

  4. I think 1c liquid is fine. More liquid just makes it take longer to cook.

Lastly, if you like a bite to your ribs, 10 minutes on high + natural release is perfect for baby back ribs. I don’t like fall off the bone tender ribs. These will probably fall off the bone.

  5. This is exactly how I've been doing ribs for a few years now. I use home made BBQ Sauce and my own rub recipe and this really does work! I also have a duo Air Frier so I cut the ribs in half, slather on the BBQ sauce and AF Broil for 6 minutes. Voila! Its great to see this as one of your videos! Awesome!

  6. Hi Natasha. I appreciate your video. I have a question. I've followed your recipe twice already, today being my second time. The ribs came out really nice and tender, but I am not a fan of the taste of vinegar. Is it necessary to include with the rest of the ingredients, or could I leave it out next time? Does the vinegar play an important role in cooking the ribs? Thanks again.

  7. I see this recipe is for the 6-Quart version, What about the 3-Quart version? Do you think its a good idea to cut the apple juice measurement in-half and the apple cider vinegar? Does the cooking time stay the same for smaller version? Please, Let me know!
