1 tbsp oil
Cooking the pork chops ( medium high heat)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 thyme sprigs
2 tbs water
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/4 ground black pepper
chopped parsley to garnish

It would be nice if you just say leave for 20 minutes leave for 10 minutes you know add some timing to it. It makes a video so much better to understand. Otherwise to look delicious
