INGREDIENTS ( 2 – 3 Servings)
350g pork ribs
300g lotus root, peeled and sliced ( wash sliced lotus root with water around 3 – 4 times )
150g ginkgo nuts, boiled and peeled
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. mushroom soy sauce
1,900ml water

INSTUCTIONS:

– In a pot, add chicken bouillon cube, mushrooms soy sauce, and pork ribs. Bring it to a boil, then turn it down to a slow simmer for around 50 minutes or until pork ribs are tender.
– Skim off the impurities from time to time
– After the pork ribs are tender, add the lotus root and ginkgo nuts. Let it cook for another 20 minutes
– Serve and enjoy!
