    Yield – 5

    For the Beef –
    1.8 Lbs Ribeye or any tender steak (Shaved Beef is better)

    Marinade –
    6 Green Onions, Chopped
    1 Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
    6 Cloves Pressed Garlic
    2 Inch piece of Ginger, grated
    1 Tbsp Sesame oil
    3/4 Cup Lite soy sauce
    1/4 Cup Brown sugar (or more to taste)
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Tsp Fresh crack of black pepper
    1/4 Cup Water
    2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
    2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
