    Thank you Natasha! ❤

  2. Thanks so much for this recipe Natasha. I made this for my wife and I this evening for dinner and we both loved it. We tend to like things on the spicier side so I added one finely chopped fresh jalapeno and a small can of diced fire roasted green chiles. Otherwise, I did it exactly per your recipe. It’s just the two of us, so a full batch of this will give us three nights of dinners. You can’t go wrong when something tastes this delicious and saves on the budget, too. If we were still feeding our kids, this would be a life saver. Edit: And by the way, we are loving your cookbook!

  3. I made this recipe for my family on Saturday and it’s a hit. It’s definitely going to be one of my go to quick meals. I topped it with salsa and sour cream. That took it to the next level. It tastes like a really good taco. Thanks for sharing Natasha. I couldn’t believe how fast it cooked!!!
