→詳しいレシピはこちらにも👇 【ナスしゅうまい】 とろとろもっちり食感のなすがたまらない! 豚こまで食べ応えがっつり感のある 皮なしシュウマイです♪ 青じその爽やかな風味もポイントです☆ キッチンバサミとスライサーかピーラーで 手軽にできてコスパも抜群! なすと豚こまだけでヘルシーです💛 材料3人分 長なす 2本(250g) 豚こま切れ肉 200g 青じそ 4~5枚 塩こしょう 少々 酒 大さじ1 片栗粉 大さじ2と1/2 サラダ油 大さじ1 ポン酢 お好みで 《作り方》 下準備 豚こま切れ肉に塩こしょう、酒をふりかけてほぐし、青じそを細かく刻んでふりかける。 ① 長なすはピーラーで薄くスライスして、フライパンにいれ、片栗粉をまぶす。 ② 豚肉を12等分したら、ゆるくまとめて手でつかみなすを豚肉の周りにくっつけてフライパンに並べる。 ③ サラダ油を回しかけてふたをして弱目の中火にかける。 ④ 4~5分蒸し焼きにしたら、裏返して両面焼き、中まで火が入ったらお皿に取り出す。 ⑤ ポン酢をつけてお召し上がりください。 (ポイント) *焼く時は火加減に注意して下さい。ナスの水分でお肉が柔らかくなり、全体が蒸し焼きになるので、弱めの中火でじわっと蒸し焼きにすることがコツです。 #ナスレシピ #豚こまレシピ #ワンパンレシピ #ワンパンレシピ #焼売レシピ #洗い物削減 source
