Io farò la versione senza glutine.
Vedendo come lo tagliavi, e l'interno…..vero che è uguale a quello con il glutine, ma è più asciutto, quindi farò macerare le mele tutta la notte, e lo lascerò più umido di quello glutinato. Se poi, sarà buonissimo 😅….. farò pure, la versione integrale. ❤
