So normally this is how I bake my pork and the recipe is so easy, first of all I marinate the pork in a number of spices:

•Garlic
•Ginger
•Rosemary
•Salt
•Turmeric
•Paprika
•Black pepper
•Simba Curry powder
For best results, marinate the pork over it, this helps it to become tender.
