  1. Tip: You can use any type of milk you prefer like regular cow milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc. For this video I used homemade oat milk (which is why there's little pieces of oats still in it😋 ). You can also use water.
    The sweetener is also optional for the strawberry banana and green smoothies. The banana and ripe avocado can sweeten the smoothie by themselves, but you can add extra sweetness if you prefer your smoothies sweet.
    A few additions that I also use in smoothies that you could try out are rolled oats, walnuts, almonds, peanut butter (natural), almond butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, or ice (if you want a cooler treat). 😊
