If the eggs are uncooked not the healthiest choice you could do it in 10 mins just using mascarpone – my mother is a nutritionist
Ingredients:
One egg yolk
Sugar
Mascarpone
Use mixer bc it more efficace
Lady fingers.
DONT forget espresso
And finally cocoa powder.
But pls after u put the cream on top of the lady fingers put it in the fridge for abt an hour minimum and then put the cocoa powder. And then…
