  1. Did not realize they needed to be par cooked before they were stuffed. That really should be mentioned in the video. I followed the directions to the letter and ended up with rather raw peppers with delicious filling to serve for Christmas.

  2. I just watched Iron Chef ( the original in Japan) and the ingredient was bell pepper and the contestants were an Italian chef and Iron Chef Italian and was surprised to see neither side made a traditional stuffed pepper…

  3. i checked through some of the comments and apparently I'm the only one whose peppers were not done. I put them back in for 20 more minutes, but the filling was overdone by then. I'd say i was disappointed but I'm used to it cuz i'm a terrible cook, yet i follow the instructions faithfully. i guess i just don't have the knack for it

  4. We Persian do ground meat and little rice and lots parsley cilantro and Tarragon and little rosemary and yellow peas not cheese but tomato sauce over all to Cooke in it 🤷🏼‍♀️the herbs is lot not like American who just use a dash for looks 😂

  5. What flavor profile would go well with raisins and slivered almonds? I'm thinking ras al hanout? Or something else? I love meat with an underlying cinnamon and tomato flavor… Help? Also, what fresh herb goes well with almonds and raisins?
