Did not realize they needed to be par cooked before they were stuffed. That really should be mentioned in the video. I followed the directions to the letter and ended up with rather raw peppers with delicious filling to serve for Christmas.

i checked through some of the comments and apparently I'm the only one whose peppers were not done. I put them back in for 20 more minutes, but the filling was overdone by then. I'd say i was disappointed but I'm used to it cuz i'm a terrible cook, yet i follow the instructions faithfully. i guess i just don't have the knack for it

I give you one tip; stuffed papper but also left two or 3 stuffed onion the biggest ring of onion and stuff also and you will get incredible taste
We Persian do ground meat and little rice and lots parsley cilantro and Tarragon and little rosemary and yellow peas not cheese but tomato sauce over all to Cooke in it 🤷🏼♀️the herbs is lot not like American who just use a dash for looks 😂
