Ingredients
Eggs 2-3
Water 3 cup ( About 750 ml )
Prawns/shrimp 3-5 ( peeled and deveined )
Crabstick 5-6, ( shredded ) ( Or Crab meat 50g )
Garlic 2 cloves ( minced )
Cornstarch slurry – Cornstarch 1 tbsp mixed with 3 tbsp water
Chicken powder 1 tsp ( or chicken bouillon )
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp ( Or salt to taste )
White pepper ¼ tsp
Instructions
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add chicken powder, salt, white pepper, and minced garlic.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the egg while stirring the soup gently.
Add prawns and crabstick. Stir in cornstarch slurry.
Once the soup is thick, finish with sesame oil and spring onions. Enjoy!
