Egypt is luxurious in culture of seafood
Every city has its own recipes of seafood dishes.
Alexandria is the pride of mediternian sea holds all seafood flavors inside it.
My dishes for today are prepared with mullet sea fish& shrimps .Sayyadiah brown rice.tihina dipping sauce.

It seems so authentic. I've had this exact meal in alexandria. I'm trying to figure out how to cook it at home. If you cook the fish with potatoes doesn't it take too long for the potatoes to get done cooking that it over cooks the fish?
