Butter Chicken Ingredients:
10-11 cashews
3 tomatoes ( 250-300 g )
1 onion ( 100 g )
4 Kashmiri mirch
2 green chillies
4 green cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
8 black pepper
1/2 mace
500 g boneless chicken or chicken with bones
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 pinch food colour
1/4 cup curd
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup oil and onion tomatoes wagairah shown above
Again 2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp roasted kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup fresh cream
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp butter
