Certainly! Eid is a joyous occasion, and a flavorful Makhni Chicken Gravy would be a delightful addition to your festive table. Here’s a recipe for this creamy and aromatic dish:
Butter : 2 tbsp
For the recipe:
Oil : 3 tbsp
Cardamom : 4 to 5
Onion paste : 2 medium size
Cook until color changes to light golden
Chicken : 700 gram
Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or until color changes to white
Salt : 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
White chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Yogurt : 200 gram
Water : 1 cup or 200 gram
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
Dairy cream : 3 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Roasted fenugreek : 1 tbsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
For the Stir Fry Veg’s:
Oil : 1 tbsp
Cumin : 1/2 tbsp
Butter : 1 tbsp
Fry it for 1 minute
Tomato(without seeds) : 1
Capsicum(chopped),Ginger(sliced)
Fresh chili : 3-4
Now stir fry it for a few seconds
