  1. Want to throw it out there that Our Place has lousy customer service. Even for simple issues – I just had my glass lid damaged in shipping and they wouldn't help. They also delete all of their negative questions or comments on instagram. I get it – people can be unreasonable, but I watched as questions that could have easily been resolved disappear. I would assume with a large price tag, you have funds for customer service.

  2. I hear all the time that cast iron and glasstop stoves don't mix, and yet cast iron is softer than both stainless steel and tempered glass… I'm not a scientist, but to me that would suggest that you're more likely to scratch your cast iron with the glass than vice versa. How about a video where you confirm or refute this?

  3. I’ve heard you shouldn’t used enameled cast iron on a flat-top electric (possibly induction but that’s probably different), because the intense, direct heat can melt the coating and fuse it to the cooktop. Is there any legitimacy to this claim?

  4. I personally think you have the best job ever I’m so grateful for people like you that do jobs like these if I wasn’t so old I would look into that because wow what an amazing job thanks for all you do for us

  5. I had the worst luck with both of my Always Pans. I would advise against purchasing it. If I could do it all again, I wouldn't waste my money and would choose another pan altogether. They didn't last one solid year. Everything stuck to it! It's possibly good for those people who don't cook very much. However, if you use your pan religiously; don't do it. That's my two cents, spend it wisely.

  6. Really looking forward to the review on portable cooktops. I wonder if you will test grill top ones that you can cook food directly on just not the gas, electric or induction ones. I love to grill but it can get smokey in the house if you do use a gas table-top burner with a grill plate.
