* 7-8 ब्रेड स्लाइस (किनारे हटाकर छोटे टुकड़ों में काटे)
* 1 प्याज (बारीक कटा हुआ)
* 2 हरी मिर्च (बारीक कटी हुई)
* 2-3 बड़े चम्मच हरा धनिया (कटा हुआ)
* 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
* स्वादानुसार नमक
* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला
* 1/2 कप मोज़रेला चीज़ (कद्दूकस किया हुआ)
* तेल (डीप फ्राई करने के लिए)
👉विधि
1. एक बाउल में कटे हुए ब्रेड के टुकड़े लें।
2. इसमें प्याज, हरी मिर्च, हरा धनिया और अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट डालें।
3. अब सारे सूखे मसाले — लाल मिर्च, हल्दी, धनिया पाउडर, काली मिर्च, नमक और गरम मसाला डालें।
4. ऊपर से मोज़रेला चीज़ मिलाकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें जब तक मिश्रण बाइंड होने लगे।
5. थोड़े-थोड़े मिश्रण लेकर गोल बॉल्स बना लें।
6. कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें और मीडियम आंच पर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक डीप फ्राई करें।
7. गरमा गरम ब्रेड चीज़ बॉल्स को अपनी पसंद की चटनी या सॉस के साथ परोसें।
