  2. Is it something else in this because I'm making it right now this second and I'm halfway in and the color is way different…directions followed to the tee. It looks like none of your sauce evaporated.

  3. The cornstarch is totally gangstah. I used to make corry cheeken with diced chicken breast, and when cooking long enough to get the onions soft, the chicken would end up tough and "overcooked". Coating everything in starch and then browning them, I could cook everything forever and the chicken would stay soooooooooo tender and delicious.

  4. bummer, this did not work out for me at all. the chicken was so wildly overcooked after three hours on low in the crock pot. also the sauce had a burnt flavor event though I did have it on low and did mix it half way through. I did everything exactly as shown. I think it could have just pan fried them until they were cooked thru then put the sauce on, not sure how 3 hours of slow cooking is supposed to do anything good for tiny little cut up pieces of chicken tenders.
