Nairobi’s epic Chooza Chicken is what we’re showing you how to make today. It’s all in the sauce! Once you nail that down, everything is pretty straightforward.
Chooza Sauce/Marinade Recipe:
2 tablespoons of powdered ginger
2 tablespoons of blended garlic
1 tablespoon of blended green chili
1 teaspoon of white pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of dhania jera
1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of citric powder
1 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of red chili (this can be altered to suit your needs)
1/2 a cup of canola oil
1/2 a cup of white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of apple red food coloring
1/4 teaspoon of egg yellow food coloring

Does the sauce need to be cooked? As the sauce i made is abit different
quick suggestion, add the chicken to the sauce not the other way round that way u make sure all the sauce is used
