Farmhouse White Bread Recipe 13″ Pullman Loaf Pan – How to Use a Pullman Pan (Pain de Mie) – USA Pan

Wondering how to use a Pullman pan (Pain de Mie)? In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to make soft, fluffy farmhouse white bread in a 13-inch Pullman loaf pan — perfect for that square, bakery-style (or grocery store!) sandwich loaf. This recipe creates a soft, fluffy loaf with a fine, tender crumb and crust, and a perfectly square shape — just like traditional pain de mie. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or fresh out of the oven with butter! Watch this pullman loaf pan tutorial to learn exactly how to bake bread using a 13″ pullman loaf pan.
I have also included the recipe to make this loaf in a smaller 9″ pullman loaf pan on my website!

*If you’re looking for an alternative to plastic bread bags, beeswax bread bags are a healthy way to store your bread! They are reusable, made of 100% cotton, infused with organic beeswax and jojoba oil, naturally antibacterial to keep your bread from molding, and handmade right here by me and my daughters on our family farm!
