  4. I’ve no doubt the octopus is from Portugal or Spain ,the best you can get, instead of boiling it till it shrunk a simmer would have been better but hey I’m no cook, for me always char grill before putting into a marinade then another char grill one minute each side and bobs your uncle

  6. Do you know what is the most interesting part of the cooking shows?. Time and time again they show how talented they are in the art of preparing food and at the same time they "fail" to let us know, regular folks, what are the ingredients or the time needed to cook their dishes to perfection.

    I truly understand the purpose of industrial secrets, but if these people are planning to make fun of us, or force us to go to their places of work to expend a fortune on something one can cook, they are mistaken.

    Maybe I'm wrong and this is not a teaching show, but something about a mute guy who cooks octopus and wears a fancy uniform.
