⭐️Recipe⭐️
Ingredients:
– Garlic cloves
– Mixed seafood
– Fried tomato sauce: 1 tbsp per person
– Paella rice: 1 cup per person
– Seafood broth: 2 cup per person (we use the pre-made one from supermarket)
– Saffron
How to:
1. Sauté garlic, seafood and tomato sauce
2. Add rice, broth and saffron and let me boil for 20 min (first, bring it to boil with high heat and then simmer with medium meat)
3. Turn off fire. Put some cooked seafood on top for decoration if you want.
4. Cover with a lid or paper and let it rest for 5 min
5. Stir and enjoy!
