I would think you guys would at least acknowledge the ones that take the time to like, and respond with a comment to your channel (I know that helps your channel.). I don't need a shout out. I just want to know my words are not falling on deaf ears (which is how I feel at this moment.) This has been something I've been experiencing on your channel for a while. Am I missing something.
Trying to find their recipe for the cauliflower quiche sounds really yummy
One of the best recipes for ground meat I found recently is this Italian meal, it's filling hearty and satisfying! bon appetite
2lb ground beef (or you pick)
1 large can crushed tomato
1-2 can tomato sauce
1 onion
garlic
2tbs lemon juice
crushed red pepper
sweet basil
fennel seed
oregano
bay leaf
Italian seasoning
1 head cabbage (red or green) (I used green) sliced
salt and pepper
olive oil
butter
parmesan cheese
(1/8 tsp stevia optional)
sweat onions in olive oil and butter until tender, add garlic and stir for 1 min, add meat and brown, add spices, lemon juice, tomato, cabbage and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Top with parmesan cheese, enjoy.
Eating ground beef right now.
1.) Pound of butcher box grass fed/grass finished ground beef cooked in a frying pan, and drained. Comes out to 12 oz.
2.) 2 packages of nutri noodles. I used fettuccine noodles tonight drained and rinsed, and sauteed in a pan to get the moisture out and get em hot.
3.) I measure out 1 oz. Each of the following in a bowl. Baby spinach, tonight I used an oz. Of Brazil nuts, celery, white button mushrooms, 3oz.green beans cooked, radishes, cucumber, 1/2 an avocado, 4 organic green olives.
4.) With the hot noodles in the pan I add the drained ground beef and 1/2 cup of Rao's marinara season with Himalayan pink salt, pepper.
5.) Add noodle mixture to a big bowl. Add all the veggies on top.
I eat the whole thing. I do OMAD so I'm really hungry.
Macros are
1158 calories
81g. of fat
75g. protein
14.5g. net carbs
Not bad.
I mix cooked ground beef with beef broth, sour cream, and spices. Quick and easy.

Love your video's. 😍 I definitely am all about mixing ground beef with soups, and anything involving eggs. Quiche is actually a great family dish and easier than most people think. We are experimenting with some super fun inventive Collagen boosted keto recipe's for people that want to get a little more out of their keto diet.
