Its very confusing I think ragi is hot in nature and best for winter. Otherhand jowar and bajra cooling nuture and good for Summer.
It's Ambli/Ambali, and not Aambli.

Dear Manju, thank you very much this very good idea. Since the preparation is quite a lot of work do you have any idea in which phase we could work in advance? You mention in the video that finished smoothie cannot be stored. Whether the fermented material in the clay jar can be stored? If yes, how long can be stored and in the fridege or not?
