Love the vids of VIvaldi, but… Alfredo the italian way?! Fetucine is a american invention. And if OG italians cook this, it is for the tourists. There is no OG Fetucine Alfredo from Italy. …even though they do it better. 😘

Don't get me wrong. This might taste good and might be the OG recepie but if I would be served this in a fine dine restaurant i would be left wanting of something more. This looks like something you would cook at home in a hurry than something you would want to be served to you in a restaurant.
