The most iconic Filipino barbecue is the Pork Barbecue on bamboo skewers.
This video teaches you how to make pork barbecue skewers the right way in order for it to become more tender, juicy and moist. It may sound simple but there are techniques you can do to do it right including how to cut the pork barbecue meat, how to skewer pork barbecue properly, how to prepare your grill, and many more.
For this recipe, we use FBQ Filipino Barbecue’s bottled Barbecue Marinade and Barbecue Sauce (for basting). It is a very versatile marinade and sauce which can be used for a variety of meats including pork belly, chicken thighs/quarters, steaks, chops and even seafood and offal parts called “isaw” which are very popular street food items in the Philippines.

Your website does not work.
Ppl check videos for recipes, so I honestly do not see the.point of this video when they cannot show what's in the sauce, especially that this is a barbq recipe, when sauce is the most impt part. No wonder it only has a few views in 6mos. Sad.
