BEST EASY Filet Mignon
in the Air Fryer
8 oz beef filet (3 pc)
1 tablespoon dry spice mix
½ tablespoon of oil or
½ tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon coarse salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Spread oil or butter over each filet slice, top side only. Sprinkle with spices, pepper, and coarse salt on both sides.
2. Cook in a preheated AIR FRYER on BROIL (400°F) for 3-5 minutes total. No need to turn or give it resting time.
3. Serve.
4. For the sauce take the pan drippings out with a spatula and mix them with 1/2 cup of heavy cream, Greek Yogurt or Soy Milk.!
TIP 1: Any herb seasoning will work, if spice is wanted to add some red pepper flakes.
TIP 2. These can be refrigerated, covered with damp paper towels, and reheated for 1 minute in Broil(400). They will keep their tenderness.
Filete de Res en Freidora de Aire
8 oz de filete de res (3 piezas)
1 cucharada de mezcla de especias secas
½ cucharada de aceite o
½ cucharada de mantequilla
½ cucharadita de sal gruesa
¼ cucharadita de pimienta
1. Unte aceite o mantequilla sobre cada rebanada de filete, solo por el lado superior. Espolvorea con especias, pimienta y sal gruesa por ambos lados.
2. Cocine en una FREIDORA DE AIRE precalentada en BROIL (400°F) durante 3-5 minutos en total. No hay necesidad de girar.
3. Servir.
4. Para la salsa, saque la grasa de la sartén con una espátula y mézclela con 1/2 taza de crema espesa, yogur griego o leche de soya.
CONSEJO 1: cualquier condimento de hierbas funcionará, si desea especias, agregue algunas hojuelas de pimiento rojo.
CONSEJO 2. Se pueden refrigerar, cubrir con toallas de papel húmedas y recalentar durante 1 minuto en Broil(400°F). Mantendrán su ternura.
