I always make this. Learned it from an old lady that showed what when she was a kid her mother made from the great depression days. Except the chillies. Believed hard to get back then. But I'm you add parmesan cheese and yummy. It's called garlic noodles. U brown the garlic while the olive oil is hot then it's ready.

3 ingredients… well, pasta, salt, water,garlic, oil, flakes…
3 ingredient pasta
1. Pasta
2. Olive oil
3. Garlic
4. Parsley
5. Chili flakes

Here are your 3 ingredients you need:
1. Pasta
2. garlic
3. salt
4. pasta water
5. olive oil
6. chilli flakes
7. parsley

or pasta carbonara – the autentic one without white sauce
3 ingredient pasta with 5 ingredients… (pasta, garlic, oil, chilly flakes, parsley). And I am not even adding the water and salt 😛
For even cheaper replace olive oil with melted margarine, remove chilly flakes, use garlic powder instead.
For further taste get some cheap MSG and add a teaspoon to the sauce.
Just bake whole heads of garlic, no need boiling and blending, you can just squeeze it out like a paste. Much nicer
