  1. Ingredients:
    10.5 oz can Campbell’s beef consume
    10.5 oz can Campbell’s french onion soup
    2 (4 oz) cans stems & pieces mushrooms
    1 & 1/2 cups long grain rice
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano
    Directions:
    In an 8×8 baking dish add in your rice, beef consume, french onion soup, stems & pieces mushrooms (all the contents of the can go in), and melted butter. Mix it all together.
    TIGHTLY cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
    When its been in the oven for 30 minutes take it out, remove the foil, and evenly sprinkle Pecorino Romano over the top of the rice.
    Re-cover the dish tightly with the foil and put it back in the oven for the remaining 30 minutes.
    Once the rice is done fluff it up and enjoy!!
