Serves: 6-7 people

Ingredients:-

Paste for marination-
250 gm boneless fish
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp fish Biryani masala
2 tbsp curd
Mix well and keep marination for 20 minutes

Making Rice For biryani
4 cup water to boil rice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
4 green cardamom
5 cloves
1 tbsp ghee / oil
1 tbsp salt
3 cup soaked rice
Rice should be cooked 70 ,%

Make fish gravy for biryani –
1 tbsp ghee / oil
2 green chillis
2 medium size onions sliced
1cup chopped coriander

For garnishing
Few butter cubes
1 cup mint leaves
2 medium onions sliced fried
Pinch of saffron soaked in warm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
Foil to cover the dish
