  2. 전어 .대방어등 못먹는 나에게도 병어 생선은 날 것 으로 먹어도 튀겨 먹어도 구워 먹어도 졸여 먹어도 항상 옳다. 죽은 병어를 회로 먹을 때엔 냉동 된 병어를 상온에 살짝만 해동하여 뼈와 같이 쓸어서 된장과 함께 먹는다. 재느러미와 아가미는 제거 하여 버리고. 머리와 뼈는 국물용으로 끓여 갖은 야채를 넣어 스프를 만든다. 전분 가루를 넣어 살짝 걸죽하게 하여 밥과 함께 곁들이면, 술마신 다음날이나,술과 함께 먹어도 속이 편안하고 최😊🤙👍고의 베스트이다
